  • Morgan Stanley as seller on an on-going series of single asset UK, US and European loan repos with various third party buyers (currently amounting to over £2,000 million) (including the first repos of non-UK European loans) referencing residential and commercial mortgage loans as well as leveraged loans and syndicated corporate loans
  • Citibank as sponsor of Eureka (ABCP Program) in the establishment of a commercial paper funded warehousing facility for a car leasing purchase originator
  • A global investment bank in respect of an off-balance sheet warehousing of trade receivables due from major retailers to suppliers
  • European Credit Management on a leveraged loan warehousing through ABCP conduits for three CLO vehicles
  • IXIS CIB in a £200 million trade receivables warehousing for a third party
