If you are working on a computer that doesn't have Citrix installed, you can install Citrix by clicking on the links below. You must be using a computer that permits you to install applications. You can download Citrix Software by clicking the link for PC software. There is also a link for software that is Mac-compatible.
Public computers that you find in Airports and at Internet cafes typically do not let you install software. For those computers use the Java Client checkbox located on the Citrix login screen (see Help Documentation - Citrix for more on using this feature).
