On January 13, Cadwalader hosted its second annual roundtable discussion during the 2016 JPMorgan Healthcare Conference, one of the premier conferences in the healthcare industry. The discussion focused on the impact of increasing cost containment efforts, including drug pricing scrutiny, on healthcare company valuations and business and deal strategies in various industry subsectors. The roundtable was led by Cadwalader partner and former U.S. Attorney Anne Tompkins, and included Corporate partners Richard Brand, Christopher Cox, William Mills and Paul Mourning, and Intellectual Property partner Dorothy Auth.
