Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP (Cadwalader), a leading counselor to global financial institutions and corporations, today announced that Yushan Ng, a veteran restructuring and insolvency attorney who has been recognized and honored as one of the leading practitioners in his field in Europe, has joined the firm’s Financial Restructuring Department as partner. Ng will practice from Cadwalader’s London office.
"Yushan is one of the most talented restructuring lawyers in Europe today. “Cadwalader was the pioneer in developing a fund oriented creditor side practice in London,” stated Ng. “I am looking forward to joining their excellent team in the very focused practice where I specialize.”
“I am delighted to welcome Yushan to our Restructuring team,” remarked Gregory Petrick, Managing Partner of the firm’s London office and Head of its European and Asian Restructuring Practice. “Yushan’s experience, his reputation for innovation and extraordinary technical expertise will contribute to the team’s continued success and expansion.”

Ng holds a B.A., with honors, in Jurisprudence from Merton College, Oxford University. Following graduation, he participated in the Bar Vocational Course at The Inns of Court School of Law.
