Most of our first-year associates have participated in Cadwalader's summer program. However, when the firm's hiring needs are not met through the summer program, Cadwalader hires third-year law school students to complete the incoming class.
Students interviewing for summer associate positions at Cadwalader's offices should bring a resume, an official transcript, and a writing sample, and expect to spend two to three hours meeting with partners, associates, and representatives from the recruitment staff. First-year associate positions may involve a second round of interviews.
