Cadwalader's asset-backed commercial paper practice offers sponsors and placement agents a comprehensive range of services and expertise. We serve as counsel to sponsors and placement agents for numerous asset-backed commercial paper conduits and in "one-off" and other related transactions.

• counseling bank sponsors and placement agents for asset-backed commercial paper and medium-term notes issued in the U.S. and the Euro-markets
• designing structures for bank sponsors to effect their repurchase activities through special purpose asset-backed conduits
