Cadwalader welcomes former judicial clerks to join the firm as associates and encourages law students who join us each summer to consider the experience a clerkship has to offer prior to joining the firm. Many of our attorneys have served as judicial clerks, including for the United States Supreme Court, United States Courts of Appeal, and United States District Courts. Class credit is given for compensation purposes for up to two years of a clerkship at a United States federal or state court for former judicial clerks joining the Litigation and Financial Restructuring Departments. Incoming associates to these departments who have clerked receive a bonus upon arrival which is based upon the term of their clerkship. View our former judicial clerks.
