Training
As a Cadwalader Paralegal, you will participate in an extensive training program designed to enhance your experience at the Firm, provide you with significant skills, and familiarize you with the Firm's practices, policies and procedures.

Flexible Career Tracks
Cadwalader invites both entry level and career Paralegals to join our team. We welcome those who prefer a limited two year track as they plan to attend law school or other graduate programs. In fact, we provide an on-site LSAT (NY only) preparatory course for those interested in attending law school. We also seek career Paralegals to whom we offer a promotional track that includes opportunities for escalating responsibilities, pay and benefits.

Mentor Program

Paralegals work closely with various Cadwlalader departments and service areas, including Duplicating, Information Technology, Records and Conflicts, and Word Processing to ensure a smooth workflow and an even division of responsibilities.

Your professional growth requires our input as well as yours. We evaluate our Paralegals annually, including a review of salary. Supervising attorneys are encouraged to provide critical input and support on an ongoing basis.
