Perry Hicks
Perry Hicks represents domestic and foreign commercial banks, investment banks, and other financial institutions in complex financing transactions, including syndicated bank loan transactions, domestic and cross-border funds of hedge funds financings, energy-related secured financings, and other secured transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hicks practiced in Washington, D.C., representing foreign and domestic banks and export credit agencies in cross-border financing transactions of capital-intensive energy facilities, including power plants and natural gas liquid facilities in Latin America, Africa, and Asia.
Mr. Hicks received his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude and with high distinction, from the Honors Program of The American University, and his J.D. from the University of Virginia, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Virginia Environmental Law Journal.
Mr. Hicks is admitted to practice in New York, North Carolina, and Washington, D.C. He is a member of the American Bar Association and its Business Law Section.
