Ira Schacter's practice consists principally of creating and structuring complex financial solutions and the formation, acquisition, and capital raising activities of businesses that issue, underwrite, trade, or invest in financial products.  He is frequently called upon to develop unique financial solutions for corporate and financial institutions that bridge traditional finance with structured finance.
