Donal Luna
Donal Luna‘s practice involves the representation of domestic and foreign commercial banks, investment banks and other financial institutions in a variety of financing transactions, including leveraged finance and other syndicated bank loan transactions, the financing of financial assets, domestic and cross-border hedge fund financings, and asset-based lending transactions. Mr. Luna received his B.A. from Cornell University, his M.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida, and his J.D., with honors, and M.A. in Economics from Duke University. While in law school, he was a Lead Editor of the Journal of Comparative and International Law and a member of the Business Law Society. Mr. Luna is a member of the American Bar Association (including the Section of Business Law), the New York Bar Association and the North Carolina State Bar. He is admitted to practice in the States of North Carolina and New York. Mr. Luna is fluent in Spanish.
